Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK), Türkiye’de yerleşik kişilere yurt dışından izinsiz kripto varlık hizmeti ve kaldıraçlı işlem (forex) olanağı sunduğu tespit edilen çok sayıda internet sitesi hakkında yeni bir karar aldı. Kurul, ilgili internet adreslerine erişimin engellenmesi için gerekli hukuki işlemlerin başlatıldığını duyurdu.
Karar, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu’nun 99/A maddesinin üçüncü fıkrası ve 99. maddenin dördüncü fıkrası kapsamında alındı.
SPK’nın açıklamasında, söz konusu sitelerin Türkiye’de yatırım hizmeti sunma yetkisi bulunmadığı, buna rağmen vatandaşlara yönelik işlem yapılmasının tespit edildiği belirtildi.
